Terms of Service
Welcome to Bukhari Groom. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase of our bespoke, make-to-order, customized clothing and related products.
By placing an order with Bukhari Groom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Each order may be customized according to the customer's measurements, design preferences, fabric selection, colors, embroidery, embellishments, and other specifications.
2. Custom-Made Products
Unlike standard ready-made clothing, our bespoke products are individually crafted according to the customer's requirements.
Because every order is specifically prepared for an individual customer, custom-made products may differ slightly from photographs, digital references, samples, or displayed designs.
Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, fabric texture, embellishment, or finishing may occur due to the handmade and customized nature of the product.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- The design and requirements have been discussed.
- The measurements and specifications have been provided or confirmed.
- The applicable price has been agreed upon.
- The required 70% advance payment has been received.
Once these requirements are completed, our production process may begin.
4. Payment Terms
A 70% advance payment is strictly required at the time of booking.
The advance payment covers the commencement of the bespoke production process, including preparation, material sourcing, customization, and crafting.
The remaining 30% balance must be paid upon completion and before final delivery of the order.
Bukhari Groom reserves the right to withhold final delivery until the outstanding balance has been received.
5. Order Cancellation
Because our clothing is custom-made from scratch according to the customer's measurements, fabric choices, and design requirements, orders cannot be cancelled once the advance payment has been made and the crafting process has begun.
Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully confirm:
- Design
- Measurements
- Fabric
- Color
- Embroidery
- Customization
- Accessories
- Delivery details
before confirming their order.
6. Changes to an Order
Customers should communicate any requested changes before production begins.
Once cutting, embroidery, stitching, customization, or other production work has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges and/or an adjusted delivery timeline.
Any additional costs resulting from customer-requested changes will be communicated before the additional work is carried out, where reasonably possible.
7. Measurements and Fitting
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when measurements are supplied by the customer.
Incorrect or incomplete measurements may affect the final fitting of the garment.
Where measurements are taken or verified by Bukhari Groom, our team will use the information available at the time of measurement to prepare the garment.
Customers should communicate any relevant fitting preferences or special requirements during the consultation stage.
8. Alteration and Fitting Guarantee
We strive for excellence in every stitch and take fitting concerns seriously.
If you experience an eligible fitting issue involving areas such as:
- Sleeves
- Chest
- Length
- Waist
- Shoulders
- Other sizing-related areas
please notify Bukhari Groom within 5 to 7 days of receiving the order.
Our team will review the concern and, where applicable, arrange or recommend an appropriate alteration to address the fitting issue.
This guarantee applies to eligible fitting concerns and does not automatically cover damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or changes in body measurements after the garment was made.
9. Customer-Requested Alterations
Any alteration requested due to a change in the customer's preference after approval, a change in body measurements, or an alteration performed by a third party may be subject to additional charges.
Customers should contact Bukhari Groom before arranging alterations independently.
10. Fabric and Color Variations
Fabric texture and color may appear slightly different depending on:
- Lighting conditions
- Photography
- Screen settings
- Fabric batches
- Natural material variations
Such minor variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
11. Embroidery and Handmade Details
Many of our products include detailed embroidery, embellishments, hand-finishing, or artisan craftsmanship.
Due to the handmade nature of these processes, minor differences in stitching, embroidery placement, or decorative details may occur.
These variations are part of the individual craftsmanship of a bespoke garment.
12. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on:
- Order complexity
- Fabric availability
- Embroidery requirements
- Customization
- Number of items
- Customer approvals
- Production schedule
- Delivery destination
An estimated delivery date may be provided during the ordering process.
Customers are encouraged to place wedding orders sufficiently in advance of their event date.
13. Delivery Delays
While we make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the communicated timeframe, circumstances such as material availability, production requirements, customer-requested changes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timelines.
We will communicate significant delays where reasonably possible.
14. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order as soon as it is received.
Any fitting concern or issue covered under our alteration policy should be communicated within the applicable 5–7 day period.
Please retain the original packaging and order details where possible until you have confirmed that the garment meets your requirements.
15. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following appropriate care instructions for their garments.
Luxury fabrics, embroidery, embellishments, and customized garments may require specialized cleaning and storage.
Failure to follow appropriate care instructions may affect the appearance or condition of the garment.
16. Pricing
Prices may vary according to:
- Fabric selection
- Design complexity
- Embroidery
- Embellishments
- Customization
- Accessories
- Quantity
- Special requirements
The final price will be confirmed before the order is formally placed.

The final garment may not be an exact reproduction of a reference image due to differences in fabric, craftsmanship, available materials, measurements, and production techniques.
The customer acknowledges that Bukhari Groom may adapt a reference design to make it suitable for bespoke production.
